Dr. Khalid Rehman a graduate of Ayub Medical College Abbottabad, has done his PhD (Public health) from Medical University of Vienna, Austria.
He is a very experienced public health professional with work experience in many countries including Pakistan, Liberia, Somalia, Kenya, South Sudan, Turkey (Syria), Mozambique.
His main areas of research interest in infectious diseases control.
To be specific he has worked a lot on Malaria, Leishmaniasis, Dengue, and other neglected tropical diseases.
Dr. Abdul Jalil Khan
Dr Abdul Jalil Khan is a Consultant Family physician with over 16 years’ experience of working in NHS UK. He is also a Medical Educator and involved in both Undergraduate and Postgraduate training programmes in United Kingdom and Pakistan. Dr Khan has experience in designing and developing curriculum for various clinical and non-clinical courses and programmes. He is an OSCE examiner for Manchester Medical School and PLAB examiner with General Medical Council UK.

COURSE OBJECTIVES ARE TO
- Train GPs in the preventive aspects of health care.
- Train GPs in the management of common conditions presenting to the primary health care centers and refer cases needing higher level of care appropriately.
- Improve the IT and communication skills of GPs working in the primary care centers.
- Aware GPs of the vast resources and guidelines to access in time of need.
